
Requiring a pit depth of 28” for 5 feet at drive and take up and over the next 5 feet moves up to needing a depth of only 18 inches for the center sections, allowing for more room to dig out track mud under conveyor. Side pits are needed at drive and take up-first and last 5 feet.
The Series 67 uses a 6-tooth X458 sprocket or a 7-tooth Log chain sprocket both use a proprietary take up drum, or if the customer wishes another sprocket can be used.
Top deck of conveyor made with ½” thick angle and plated with ½”x3 ½” were rollers run making top deck the thickest on the market at 1” total thickness. Lower rails are all 2” x 1” thick.
Our conveyors are built to utilize a range of different rollers so whether you want an outrigger, top deck 4 roller or our taller 3 ½” top deck 4 rollers. You can even mix rollers if needed.
The take up cylinders are agricultural hydraulic cylinders (sold locally almost everywhere) using air over oil to keep them lubricated. The take up runs on 3”x3”x1/2” UHMW sliding on same size stainless steel for consistent strait forward and back travel, keeping your sprocket perfectly aligned.
