Maintenance people are always on the look-out for an easier way to do their difficult tasks, I know this because I did Wash maintenance for over 30 years. In doing maintenance I produced some tools that not only made the job easier but safer and requiring less personnel to complete the tasks.

While there will be more to coming out in the future, we are excited to offer one to you now.

Our new Car Wash Chain Puller tool will make changing a roller or removing a link from your conveyor chain a simple task that you will no longer dread, and at the same time making it safer.

No need to release pressure on the take up this tool will compress the take up while giving you slack to work with.

To use:

Simply Run your conveyor putting rollers on the top deck.
Stop and lock out conveyor.
Place tool into conveyor chain and pump the handle to pull chain together giving you desired slack to work with.
After chain is reconnected release pump pressure and remove tool.

Making an after-hours job of changing a roller or removing a link into a job that will only take a couple minutes and can be done in between cars.
